Each clients' request are fully customized and the contract is based on three key components.

Price Structuring For AIM Association Management Services

Full Service Management

In this scenario, a 501(C)(6) trade organization decides to have a company operate their organizational business as opposed to a stand-alone. This is a cost-saving measure. Under this service, AIM will work with the association to customize a monthly agreement. Each contract is different as terms and billable services come into the equation. The contract will include direct management needs for member billing, conference planning, monthly financial reports, sponsorship procurement, etc. AIM will hire and staff these organizations based on their needs but the client retains their board, their by-laws and their committee.

Board Audits

One of the biggest challanges in associations are wasteful board practices. This unique service allows AIM to act as an impartial guide to developing your board. Ideally this audit takes around 6 weeks to perform. Our staff will attend two of your board meetings. In between each of those meetings, our staff will also attend various committee meetings. We will collect data, ask pertinent questions and present our findings in a fully-comprehensive report. The report will include our impartial analysis and practical solutions to help your board effectively improve.

 

Member Benefit Analysis

Most people / companies join associations because they see some kind of value in belonging. This service includes our staff making at least two trips to survey your general membership. We would also require access to your organizations history of dues structures and current benefits program. After studying the mission and purpose of your organization, we will offer a comprehensive report on the value of your organization.

 

Media and Member Management

These are two separate services but can be combined over a 2-3 day workshop.

Media Management: This is a workshop we offer to train staff and board volunteers on responding to media inquires.  We will also help you identify local media members and educate workshop participants on how to speak in one uniformed message for the organization.

 

Member Management is a service that helps board and staff create ways to activate, galvinize and utilize the membership base. We help create forums, social media tactics and events to help enhance organizational spirit.

AIM CONSULTATION SERVICES
 

 

Staff Coaching

This service includes a 1-day workshop with your association team. The AIM facilitator will utilize unique and interactive approaches to help each staff member learn more about their co-workers, how to adapt to different work styles and how to improve operation processes in order to reclaim a more functional office climate.

 

Association Staff Recruitment

Recognizing that staff is your most important asset. Our experience has led us to believe that chosing your next association professional is extremely vital. Our staff can be an active part of the search. We can prescreen, conduct interviews and or observe the selection process. We can create appropriate questions based on the structure and goals of your organization. We can also help you develop an on-boarding policy to help in the first few weeks of employment. Lastly, we can research and suggest salary ranges / benefits based on your geographic region and standard salaries of similiar organizations.

 

Member Development / Outreach Services

This is the lifelood of every organization. This is an in-depth analysis and hands on partnership. We will create some fundamental principles and value propositions to help train staff and volunteers to recruit and maintain members.

 

Strategic Planning

We often recommend each non-profit to take a full inventory of the organizational purpose every 3-5 years. During this reflection, AIM facilitators will lead an in-depth and interactive retreat that will help shape the business of the organization for years to come. we recommend a 2-3 day retreat, along with 2 follow-up visits to help implemet the plan.
