Ryan Rosenbaum is the Managing Director of Association Industry Matters. He has spent the last 21 years working for member management organizations. His career is dedicated to creating solutions that solve everyday challenges of operating a vibrant organization. Ryan has served roles as Media Relations Specialist, Marketing Director, Professional Development Manager, Membership Coordinator, Operations Manager, Conference Director, Organizational Spokesman, Chief Strategist, Governance Oversight, Deputy and Executive Directors.
Ryan's management style can best be described as inclusive, forward-thinking, thoughtful, engaging and impactful. He recognizes that every association has its own character, history and tradition that must be maintained but offers ways to enhance, enlighten and bring out the best of these qualities through his innovative approach.
On occassion, Ryan will incorporate his AIM staff into appropriate assignments. The staff includes individuals Ryan has worked with during his career. They range from executives, meeting planners, fundraisers, professional trainers, accountants and membership managers. Each of these team members may be part of your AIM experience.
